Our adoption application is an easy to fill out online form! Please fill out every question to the best of your ability. This application is a quick way for us to get to know you and your family, as well as what you are looking for in an adoptable dog! Once you have filled out answers to all the questions, please click "Submit" and your application will be automatically sent to our adoption coordinator.

 

*Please remember that every position at WEGDR is performed by a volunteer. We do our best to process applications in a timely manner. The number of dogs we have available and the number of applications we receive will greatly influence our response time. Please bear with us!
